      TE Connectivity (hereinafter referred to as "TE") launched HPC series products, focusing on providing high-security and high-reliability solutions for battery energy storage system (BESS) with single-pole 200A/1500V high-current connectors.


      The new product HPC 200A has solved the existing concerns of customers in the use process with its outstanding product advantages.



Advantage 1: lower temperature rise

      HPC 200A adopts integrated contacts to provide excellent temperature rise control capability and reduce the hidden danger caused by heat dissipation pressure to the battery box.


Advantage 2: unlocking optimization

      The intelligent locking system adopts a 180 ° in-line design, provides 360 ° rotation, and can be locked from 12 angles (30 ° rotation for each angle), realizing fast locking, press release, and more convenient for the on-site assembly of large quantities of connectors.


Part 3: Operation monitoring

      At the same time, considering the importance of temperature rise to the stable operation of the connector, HPC 200A has built-in high-performance temperature sensor (optional), which can realize 24-hour safety monitoring and effectively improve the service life of the connector.
